Corrections and product updates

Request a factual correction or suggest a tool for Fraud Tool Atlas. See the source details that help us review prices, product claims and coverage.

Send a factual correction to editor@fraudtoolatlas.com. Include the Fraud Tool Atlas page URL, the specific passage and a current primary source. Emily Hartman checks the evidence against the published methodology.

Identify the changed fact

For pricing, name the plan, billing period, volume unit, minimum commitment and relevant feature gate. For a capability, identify the product or module and its documentation. For a technical field, provide the platform, API version and response context.

A screenshot can help locate an issue, but a source URL and the conditions behind the claim are more useful for checking it. Please do not send credentials or another customer’s private records.

How an update is assessed

We compare the submitted source with the wording and scope on the page. A confirmed correction can change a product fact, its interpretation or both. We update the relevant text and date when the evidence warrants it. A later source review does not establish hands-on performance testing.

Suggest a product

Describe the user journey, collection method and output the product addresses. Link official documentation and public access terms where available. We use the same buyer questions to decide whether it belongs in a category, review or related article.

Choose another channel

The Contact page includes research, commercial-link, privacy and media channels. Account billing, registration and bonus-credit issues belong with the vendor that operates the relevant service.
